Modular skid-based Plant designs
South Africa’s on going shortage of electricity has opened the doors for Kinetics’ unique range of Energy Saving Modular Plants to give customers an immediate return on investment through power savings, spares usage, throughput and reliability.
The modular designs enables loading into standard open top containers for distribution anywhere in the world for easy deployment.
The plants can be skid-based or can be traditional static type with civils.
Variations of Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Modular Plants are available along with Modular Crushing, Washing, Screening and Milling Plants.
All Plants are pre-assembled in our factory to ensure ease of deployment and craneage eliminates the need for highly skilled labour force on site

- By remotely mixing the final product (-150μm) with water to create slurry , pumping to extractor plants, KA can render traditional requirements against expensive rail, road or conveyor transport systems.
- The substantial reduction in the overall cost of processing ore for mineral extraction, is made possible by utilization of KA Plants, and make many marginal and loss-making process plants like gold and platinum mines viable again.
- KA Plants are limited in their “down-time”, replace or fix components on all technologies takes very little time.
- KA Plants are modular and are able to operate on a “plug-n-play” basis where all components used are common to each plant.
- The use of KA Plants to process “waste” or low-grade ore from dumps in the coal ,chrome and all industries (which were previously considered uneconomical), have both economic and environmental advantages.
